The Food production Investment Scheme allows an agribusiness investor to invest his/her fund into the AGRO-FARM PRODUCE BUYBACK SCHEME of Quebec Food Processing Industrial Parks Ltd’s planned MECHANIZED CROP PRODUCTION to be set-up in the Food Production layout in Quebec Agritech City and Farm Estates project sites.

The World Trade Organization ranks Nigeria as the largest food market in Africa, with significant investment in the local industry and a high level of imports. The food Production and beverage sector is estimated to contribute 22.5% of the manufacturing industry value, and 4.6% of the country’s GDP.
In Nigeria, the food processing sector is dominated by small and medium enterprises, as well as multinational food companies. Quality standards are usually related to improving the safety of food products suitable for consumption in accordance with specifications by food regulatory bodies. These standards are essential elements for local and international businesses which contribute to economic progress through industrial development and trade.
Q-BEC Foods is a registered Trademark of Quebec Food Processing Industrial Parks Ltd (a member of Quebec Earthwork Group)which was setup in 2020, as a new/startup agro food and tropical fruits processing investment firm in Nigeria, to deal in all-round agricultural production, processing, marketing, distribution and agro export investments, with plans to set-up and manage agro-processing industrial parks in all Q-bec Agritech City project sites across Nigeria, based on the business model that geared towards creating direct/indirect jobs for both local farmers and agricultural graduates through setting up of enormous processing plants, with a major aim of reducing massive unemployment rate in Nigeria, and bringing-in new investment opportunities in the agricultural sector, to gain the trust of prospective investors.

Q-bec Foods has taken on state of the art technology for processing of the cassava value chain, Tropical fruits, vegetables and spices being one of the agricultural sub-sectors in West and Central Africa that has great potential in terms of improving productivity, creating added value and developing regional trade.
The Plants design are on-going by Henan Jinrui Food Engineering and Zhengzhou Jinghua Industry Co., for processing aseptic packing of various cassava food products; While Alfa Laval Sweden for processing & aseptic packing of various Tropical fruits and vegetables.
All Q-bec Foods product will be packed directly into aseptic packs to ensure a long shelf life with complete preservatives or refrigeration. This is also to protect the bags against flex cracking and pin hole damage.
All processing operations like extraction, refining, concentration, sterilization and aseptic packing are automatic and take place in sealed systems for total hygiene. Computerized process controls is put in place to ensure continuous maintenance of parameters that are essential to the preservation of color, flavor and taste, to meet international standards.
Food Production
Q-bec Foods has designed Farm Estates model to create a sustainable linkage with the growers of agro-farm produce, by adopting innovative practices like contract mechanized farming, across the states and communities within and outside processing Units based on mutual trust and understanding.
This ensures complete traceability of the farm produce, right from the growers Field during production and processing until in the storage facility; this is a highly desirable phenomenon in Nigerian food industry.

Q-bec Foods has distinguished itself to bridge the gap in the processing of various cassava multiples of food products, including Garri (Fried Cassava Granules), Fufu (Cassava Dough), Lafun (Fermented Cassava Flour), Tapioca (Cassava Flakes), Starch, flour, animal feed, alcohol, starches for sizing paper and textiles, sweeteners, prepared foods and bio-degradable products.
Q-bec Foods has also distinguished itself to bridge the gap in the processing of tropical Fruits into Pulses, Pastes and Concentrates, and also making special products like Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste and other spices based products. We also offer variety blends of juice across the country and to the International markets.
